Install Perfect Player from the Playstore or from here http://niklabs.com/
(Remember to replace your m3u Username and Password which was given in your email confirmation from us)
Delete the xxxx after username= in the url at the top and enter your username ( CHECK FOR TYPOS )
Delete the xxxx after password= in the url and enter your password ( CHECK FOR TYPOS )
If all steps have been done correctly and there are no typos you should have a Channel List and EPG If it doesn't load a Channel List or EPG the corresponding url has a typo you have done it wrong.
Please note, in order to get the best playback experience try different decoder options in settings.
Change decoder to software
Pixelation on VOD change decoder to Hardware or HW+
Settings (Cog Icon) > Playback > Decoder > Choose Decoder Required
(Use Auto as default and change back after)
EPG has disappeared after web grab
Settings(Cog Icon) > Epg 1 > Change to Download at Each Update > Select OK > Press back twice let guide populate > go back to Epg 1 > Change to Download once a day
Check you are set to Download once a day and not to Download if no data on current date Settings (Cog Icon) > General > Epg 1 > Change Download Setting > Select OK for it to take effect
The first step is to download and install the latest Kodi. You will then need to choose the PVR client for this purpose. To do this, select Navigation to TV and then hit the Add-on browser tab. See the screenshot below:

Select PVR IPTV Simple Client
Location to Remote Path (Internet Address)
Then Select M3U Play List URL
You will now go and click the m3u Playlist URL. You will be required to add your m3u link. Just paste the m3u link that we have offered you when you signed up with us. You must make sure that the type is set to "m3u_plus and also the output is set at ts. Once you are sure of this, hit OK. See the screenshots below:
If you have an M3U text file stored locally on your network/computer/box then set the Locationto Local Path (include Local Network)
Then Select M3U Play List URL
Navigate to where the file is stored and select it
Wait for notification of channels loaded
Now when you go back to the Home Screen and select TV it should look like this
If everything has been done right, it should be easy to see all the channels listed. Once the program has finished loading all the files, just restart Kodi. You will see all channels now.
Now Navigate to the "EPG Settings" and click on the XMLTV URL Bar to set our XMLTV Url.
Step 1: Start KODI.
Step 2: Proceed to PVR IPTV Simple Client and select "Configure".
Step 3: Select "EPG Settings".
Step 4: On "Location" select "Remote Path (Internet address)" and enter "EPG URL" at"XMLTV URL".
The EPG works like this : http://be.trendsetter.today:25461/xmltv.php?username=xxxx&password=xxxxx
Replace XXX with your m3u username and XXXX with your m3u password which you can see in your m3u file which should look like this :http://be.trendsetter.today:25461/get.php?username=YOUR-USERNAME-HERE&password=YOUR-PASSWORD-HERE&type=m3u_plus&output=ts
Step 5: Click "OK" and reboot your KODI device.
Now TV guide will be added next to your TV channels.

These are currently the only tv's we know for sure that work with IPTV. If you have a tv that isnt listed and is non android based working, please let us know.

STB Emulator basically clones the Mag's interface and can be used on Android Devices or Windows using Android Emulators like Bluestacks.
Download STB Emulator from the Google Playstore. There are two versions; paid and free. The paid version is ad free.
1. OPEN STB EMU APP
2. SELECT THE MENU BUTTON OR HOLD DOWN THE OK BUTTON ON YOUR REMOTE, THEN SELECT SETTINGS
3. UNDER COMMON SETTINGS, SCROLL DOWN AND SELECT NETWORK SETTINGS
4. UNCHECK THE BOX FOR ENABLED NETWORK CACHE, THEN CLICK BACK
5. SCROLL DOWN AND SELECT PROFILES, THEN NEW PROFILE ON THE RIGHT SIDE
6. SELECT PROFILE NAME
7. CHANGE PROFILE NAME TO INSIGHT IPTV, THEN SELECT OK
8. SELECT PROFILE SETTINGS
9. SELECT PORTAL URL
10. DELETE THE DEFAULT URL AND ENTER THE PORTAL URL WE SENT YOU, SELECT OK, THEN CLICK BACK
11. SELECT STB CONFIGURATION
12. SELECT MAC ADDRESS
13. CHANGE THE MAC ADDRESS TO THE ONE YOU SENT US, SELECT OK, THEN CLICK BACK TO THE FIRST STB EMU APP SCREEN
Mac address for STB's usually begins with 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX. The X's can be numbers ranging from 1-9 or Letters from A-F. This Mac address can be manipulated. The address you send us is the one that will be activated. if the Mac address you provided is already active then we will inform you so that you change it.
14. USING THE MENU BUTTON OR HOLDING DOWN THE OK BUTTON ON YOUR REMOTE, OPEN THE RIGHT SIDE MENU, SCROLL DOWN AND SELECT PROFILE, THEN SELECT THE SERVER
15. STB EMU APP WILL NOW START CONNECTING TO THE SERVER
Connect your MAG box to your TV and to your internet router.
It takes around 30-60 seconds to boot, once it do it you can go to (settings) and select (interface). It's here you tell it where to go when it loads up. You can also change here your weather information to be shown in Fahrenheit or in Celsius.
Now you need to go to (system settings) and choose (Network) and then Auto (DHCP).
Choose now (Auto update software) and set auto update enabled. Press the F2 button (green button) to update the software
Tip: Please make sure the DNS on the MAG is set to 126.96.36.199 or 188.8.131.52, or the new Cloudflare DNS everyone is talking about, 184.108.40.206
Where to Find the MAC Address?
To find your mac address for MAG products please go to settings -> device info -> and you will see it listed.
Low sound output from MAG
Alot of people have had issues with low volume on a MAG after upgrading, switching portals, and even just after initial setup.
To correct this, please turn on a TV show. While watching the TV, with your MAG remote (not any other), hit the volume up. You should see a yellow (sometimes black) bar go all the way to the top.
If it is at the top, and the sound it still low, with your MAG remote, press and hold the Setup and OK buttons at the same time for about 2 seconds.
Point the remote back at the MAG BOX, and turn the volume up again. This should solve your volume issue.
Each portal has its own separate volume settings and saves them independently.
