At Insight IPTV, we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase! If you have any technical or sales queries, do not hesitate to contact us. However, if you feel the service you purchased are not the best for you and do not fit your needs, requirements and you attempted to resolve issues with our support staff, we want to make things right.

Although we’d love to know where things went wrong, or how we can improve, follow the steps below for a full refund within 7 days of your date of purchase.

Also, note that we make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible but refund time is depending on your bank and our payment processor and can take up to 10 business days to reflect in your bank account/card.

Once you requested a refund you can’t subscribe again to our service at any time in the future!

How To Request a Refund

Please do understand that we are no thiefs and do refund every customer his money if he his following the right steps.

We are fair to you so please be fair to us!

Do NOT open a refund case on Paypal to get your money back! This will just cause problems for us and you.

Do only open a support ticket at the Contact Us page and send the form to our customer support. Please Use the subject: Refund Request.
Than you request will be solved and answered within 24h.

We will do refund you by ourselves manually through the payment provider you choosed for your purchase.

So please follow the steps below:

  • 1) Go to our Contact Us page.
  • 2) Open/ Create a ticket with the subject: Refund Request.
  • 3) Use the same email address you used to buy our services.
  • 4) Include your Invoice Number and/or User ID.
  • 5) Send this ticket to our support team.
  • 6) Be patient and wait for there reply within 24h.

We do offering a 24H Trial, so that you can see if our services are the right ones for you and your system requierments do support our service. In order to avoid sign-ups, refunds, and unhappy customers please start with a 24h trial package. At this moment, the automation for all our supported platforms is within seconds – this way you are online and streaming your favorite live IPTV channels.

We will give you a refund also if our service is down for more than 48h, streams freezing for more then 24h time to time and you did not get your service details within 24h after your purchase.
